One tool. One batch. Switching tools clears all loaded files and previews. Download your results before switching. Files saved on your computer are not deleted.
Loading and deleting
Choose files to start. Replace files opens a new batch; Add more files intentionally combines it with the current batch. Dropping new files also replaces the batch. Selecting the same unchanged file twice with Add more skips the duplicate. Canceling the file picker leaves your current work untouched.
Use Delete beside a file to remove the entire document. Delete on a page card removes only that page. Clear all removes everything from the current tool. Deletes clear edit history so removed files cannot return through Undo. Undo and Redo remain available for reordering and rotation.
| PDF Shuffle | Combine files, reorder pages, rotate, preview, and export a PDF. |
| PDF Splitter | Set pages per file, then export numbered PDFs in a ZIP. Colors identify each output group. |
| Spread Splitter | Drag the fold line or enter a split percentage. Split left/right or top/bottom. Set one position for all pages or adjust individual spreads. |
| Bulk Photo Crop | Upload PNG, JPG, WEBP, or AVIF images. Set a ratio or pixel size, then pan and zoom each image. Export PNG, JPG, or WEBP individually or as a ZIP. PDFs and Word files are not loaded into the photo tool. |
| Flatten PDF | Open PDF files, rotate or select pages, choose one of five quality levels, rename and export. Levels 1-4 create single-image pages; Level 5 is non-raster layer/form flattening where supported. |
File support
Shuffle, Splitter and Spread Splitter accept PDFs, browser-readable images, Word .docx, and plain text. The photo tool highlights PNG, JPG/JPEG, WEBP, and AVIF. Other image formats work only when your browser can decode them. Animated images are imported as a still frame. AVIF is an input format, not an export format in this version. Save older Word .doc files as .docx or PDF first. Flatten PDF accepts PDFs only, including password-protected PDFs for image-mode export when the correct password is supplied.
Print quality
Original PDF page content is copied, not rasterized, for PDF Shuffle and PDF Splitter. Spread Splitter adjusts page boxes. Cropping is not secure redaction and does not automatically reorder an imposed booklet. Document bookmarks, attachments, signatures, accessibility tags, and interactive forms are not guaranteed to survive.
Word conversion is approximate and image-based. Fonts, fields, and pagination may change. For exact print-ready layout, export a PDF from Word before importing.
Privacy and memory
Files are processed locally. Only interface preferences are saved; document contents are not stored by the app in local storage. Clear all, deleting a source file, and switching tools release the app's relevant source data, preview URLs, edit history, and PDF workers. Browser memory reclamation is managed by the browser; these controls are not a secure erasure feature.
PDF and Word libraries load from public CDNs, so these tools need internet access. Image cropping and ZIP creation use local browser functionality and bundled code. Closing or refreshing also clears loaded work.
Engines and licenses
PDF.js 4.10.38 (Apache-2.0), pdf-lib 1.17.1 (MIT), JSZip 3.10.1 (MIT), docx-preview 0.3.7 (Apache-2.0), and html2canvas 1.4.1 (MIT). Core workflows adapted from the four supplied tools.
Page selection
Click anywhere on a thumbnail to select it. Shift-click selects a contiguous range from your last anchor. Ctrl-click (Cmd-click on Mac) toggles individual pages. Ctrl/Cmd+A selects all; Escape clears selection outside dialogs. Rotate selected and Delete selected work on the group. Export still includes all remaining pages unless you explicitly choose Selected pages only in Flatten PDF.
Flattening and color
Use Level 5 when preservation of original vectors and print color data matters. Live transparency remains in this non-raster mode. Levels 1-4 are RGB renderings, not a color-separation-preserving print workflow. Level 4 is lossless image encoding at 600 DPI. Raster flattening embeds one full-page image per PDF page. The completed download link is kept available even if a native Save As operation fails, and it has no short expiration timer. There is no app-imposed image-area cap in Flatten PDF. The browser must still be able to allocate and encode one full-page canvas. Actual allocation failures are reported; pages are never silently downsampled or split into image tiles. The 600 DPI PDF may be much larger than the source; larger exports are allowed and remain downloadable. It does not restore vector data. See Print quality & limitations in the Flatten PDF panel. Size savings are measured after export, not predicted.
